IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE AND SAFETY OF LIPOHD®

What is LIPOHD®? LIPOHD® is a medication that can only be used by a certified professional in adults to improve the appearance and reduce moderate to severe fat on the face (including the double chin) and other areas of the body. Who should NOT use LIPOHD®? Do not use LIPOHD® if you have an infection in the area where the treatment will be performed. Before using LIPOHD®, talk to a certified professional, especially if:

• If you have had or plan to have surgery on your face, neck or body.
• If you have had aesthetic treatments on your face, neck or body.
• If you have or have had other health problems.
• If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. It is not known whether LIPOHD® can harm your baby during pregnancy.
• If you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed. It is not known whether LIPOHD® passes into breast milk. 

Tell your healthcare professional about ALL the medications you are taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and natural products. It is very important to tell your healthcare professional if you are taking any medications that thin your blood or prevent it from clotting (such as antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications). What are the possible side effects of LIPOHD®?

• Swelling
• Pain
• Numbness
• Redness
• Hardened areas at the injection site

It is important that you report any unexpected side effects. You can also report side effects directly to your country's drug regulatory agency. Remember: LIPOHD® is a medication and should only be used under the guidance and prescription of a certified healthcare professional.
